Items in local stock will ship next business day and will take somewhere between 7-10 business days for standard free shipping. Priority Shipping is available on dehydrators & mat packs only for an additional fee with a timeline of 2-5 business days for delivery.
International
We have regional distribution warehouses located across the globe. Because of our global operation, we get inexpensive international shipping rates. Some countries we can deliver all the way to the end delivery address and others we may only be able to deliver to customs entry point.

Premium Freight Insurance
Purchasing insurance at checkout will offer instant protection against freight loss and damage. Without insurance, any freight loss and damage that may occur must go through an investigation process by both ourselves, and the freight company, to determine fault and responsibility. Once the investigation has concluded (usually around 2-6 weeks), restitution is performed. Purchasing insurance skips the investigation process and will provide instant restitution to the purchaser, when a freight issue arises.

Standard domestic shipping is included in your industrial unit price. These units are made to order and will take around 12-16 weeks to your door.
Returns
We now offer a 120-Day Money Back Guarantee. Units must be returned in the original packaging and in "as new" condition. Return shipping costs for change of mind returns will be the sole responsibility of the purchaser, along with a 10% restocking fee.

Returns are accepted up to 120 days after purchase. Return freight is to be covered by the purchaser unless due to a manufacturing or freight damage issue. In such cases, technician intervention will determine the next steps. Equipment must be completely clean upon return. A refund warehouse inspection will be conducted upon receiving the return prior to the processing of a refund.
Industrial Range
As these units are built to order and often have specific modifications to an individual customer, returns are not accepted unless due to manufacturing issues that are unable to be resolved from a technician servicing.
