Apple Pie Leather | Commercial Dehydrators

This delicious fruit leather tastes just like everyone's fall favorite - apple pie! Remember to lightly oil your trays for speedy clean-up. If you dont have apple pie spice, use some combination of nutmeg, cloves and cardamom, depending on your preferences.

Ingredients
  • 6 apples, peeled, cored and chopped
  • 1 cup coconut milk
  • 2 cups applesauce
  • 1/4 cup honey
  • 1 tsp. ground cinnamon
  • 1 tsp. apple pie spice
  • 2 Tbsp. finely chopped raisins

Instructions
  1. Place all ingredients in a food processor and pulse once or twice.
  2. Spread mixture on greased fruit leather dehydrator sheets.
  3. Dehydrate for 8-24 hours at 135°F (57°C).
  4. Cut into strips and roll into cylinders.
