- Filtered water (to cover the nuts)

- Combine nuts, sea salt and water in a glass bowl. Cover with a lid or plate and place in a warm location for 12 hours.
- Remove lid and rinse nuts in a colander.
- Spread nuts in a single layer on dehydrator trays for 12-24 hours at 105-150°F (40-66°C) .
