- 1/2 cup dried shrimp
 - 1/4 cup dried pineapple
 - 1/4 cup dried bell peppers, assorted colors
 - 1 teaspoon dried coconut
 - 1 cup dehydrated cooked rice
 - 2 cups water

- In a saucepan, combine all the ingredients with 2 cups of water. Allow to soak for 5 minutes.
 - Bring to a boil, then let cook for 1 minute. Remove from heat, cover and keep warm for 10 minutes.
