view- 1 (16-ounce) jar dry-roasted peanuts, unsalted
- 1/2 cup water
- 1/4cup of hot pepper sauce
- 1 1/2 tablespoons chili powder
- 1 teaspoon cumin, ground
- 1/2 teaspoon red pepper
- 1/8 teaspoon oregano, ground
- 1 (16-ounce) jar dry-roasted peanuts, unsalted
- 1/2 cup water
- 1/4cup of hot pepper sauce
- 1 1/2 tablespoons chili powder
- 1 teaspoon cumin, ground
- 1/2 teaspoon red pepper
- 1/8 teaspoon oregano, ground
- Pour nuts into a large bowl; mix the remaining ingredients and pour over peanuts.
- Set nuts aside to settle overnight at room temperature.
- Drain the nuts; place nuts on dehydrator tray.
- Dry at 145°F (63°C) for 3 - 5 hours or until peanuts are crunchy. Store the crunchy peanuts in an air-tight bag or container.
