 - 1/4 cup lime juice
 - Pinch of salt

- Peel and slice mangoes into thin, even strips.
 - Dissolve honey in lemon juice. Mix well and add salt.
 - Dip mango slices into honey mixture. Shake off excess.
 - Arrange in a single line in your dehydrator and set temperature to 135°F (57°C). Allow mangoes to dehydrate for 8-9 hours.
